Subscription Terms

1. Introduction

These Subscription Terms govern your purchase and use of any paid subscription services, premium features, or other subscription-based content offered through Smart Printer - Print & Scan (the "Application" or "App").

By purchasing or using a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Subscription Plans

We may offer subscription plans with different billing periods, including weekly and annual plans, and other plans where permitted by the applicable platform.

Current product identifiers identified in the product analysis include ep_weekly_l_f_20260612, ep_weekly_i_f_20260612, and ep_annually_i_20260612.

The applicable subscription price, billing cycle, trial period, promotional offer, subscription benefits, and other purchase details will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.

Subscription prices may vary by country, region, currency, taxes, promotional offers, platform pricing policies, and app store settings.

3. Premium Services

Premium Services may include one or more of the following features, as displayed in the App or on the purchase screen:

  • unlocking premium printing, scanning, document, PDF, photo, or productivity tools;
  • removing or increasing usage limits;
  • enabling advanced file, export, scan, print, history, batch, or productivity features;
  • providing purchase restoration and premium entitlement access;
  • other benefits clearly displayed in the App or on the purchase screen.

Premium Services may change over time. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid materially reducing paid benefits during an active subscription period without notice where required by applicable law or platform rules.

4. Billing and Payment

Subscription purchases are processed through the billing platform of the applicable app marketplace:

  • Apple App Store for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, visionOS, watchOS, or other Apple platforms;
  • Google Play Store for Android or other Google Play-supported platforms if Google Play subscription billing is enabled in the released version.

We do not collect, process, or store your full payment card information. Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Account at confirmation of purchase, unless otherwise stated by the platform.

5. Auto-Renewal

Unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew for the same subscription period or another period shown by the platform.

Your Apple Account or Google Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, according to the platform's rules.

You may manage or disable auto-renewal at any time through your Apple Account or Google Play subscription settings.

6. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

We may offer free trials, introductory offers, promotional prices, offer codes, or other limited-time subscription offers.

If a free trial or promotional offer is available, the duration, price, renewal terms, and applicable conditions will be displayed before purchase.

Unless cancelled before the end of the free trial or promotional period, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid recurring subscription and your Apple Account or Google Account will be charged according to the displayed terms.

Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where permitted by the platform and applicable law.

7. Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your app store subscription settings.

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, unless the platform provides a different cancellation deadline.

Uninstalling or deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.

7.1 For iOS Users

To manage or cancel your subscription:

  • Open the Settings app.
  • Tap your Apple ID.
  • Select Subscriptions.
  • Choose Smart Printer - Print & Scan.
  • Tap Cancel Subscription where available.

You may also refer to Apple Support for current instructions.

7.2 For Android Users

If subscriptions are offered through Google Play, to manage or cancel your subscription:

  • Open the Google Play Store.
  • Tap your Profile icon.
  • Select Payments & subscriptions.
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Select Smart Printer - Print & Scan.
  • Tap Cancel subscription where available.

8. Access After Cancellation

If you cancel a subscription, you may continue to access Premium Services until the end of the current paid subscription period, unless otherwise stated by the platform or required by law.

After the subscription expires, access to Premium Services may be limited, removed, or converted to the free version of the App.

9. Restore Purchases

If you previously purchased a subscription but Premium Services are not available, you may use the restore purchases feature where supported or contact our support team.

Restoration only reinstates valid, active subscriptions or purchases associated with the same Apple Account or Google Account used for the original purchase.

10. Refund Policy

Because subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests are generally handled by the platform through which the purchase was made.

  • Apple App Store: Refund requests should be submitted directly to Apple.
  • Google Play Store: Refund requests are subject to Google's refund policies and applicable platform rules if purchases are made through Google Play.

Approval, timing, and eligibility of refunds are determined by the applicable platform and governing policies.

11. Price Changes

Subscription prices may change from time to time.

Where required by applicable law or platform rules, you will be notified of price changes before they take effect. Depending on the platform, you may need to agree to the new price to continue the subscription. If you do not agree to a required price change, your subscription may expire or be cancelled according to platform rules.

12. Subscription Upgrades, Downgrades, and Plan Changes

If you upgrade, downgrade, or switch subscription plans, the timing, billing adjustment, proration, access change, and renewal date will be handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their rules.

13. Taxes

Subscription prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on your country, region, platform, and app store settings. Taxes may include VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar charges.

The applicable app marketplace may calculate, collect, and remit taxes where required.

14. Subscription Verification

To provide Premium Services and prevent unauthorized access, we may use Apple, Google, and/or subscription tooling to verify the status and validity of your subscription.

Verification is used to determine your entitlement, restore access, prevent fraud, resolve billing issues, and provide Premium Services.

15. Billing Issues

If your payment method fails, your subscription may enter a billing retry period, grace period, account hold, or expire, depending on the platform's rules.

Access to Premium Services may continue, be limited, or stop during billing issues according to platform settings and applicable rules.

16. Platform Control

Apple and Google control billing, payment authorization, renewal, cancellation, refund handling, tax handling, and certain subscription management functions for purchases made through their platforms.

We cannot cancel your subscription on your behalf unless the relevant platform provides a developer tool that allows us to do so. You should manage subscriptions directly through your Apple Account or Google Account settings.

17. No Transfer

Subscriptions are generally associated with the Apple Account or Google Account used for the purchase and may not be transferred to another account, platform, or user unless permitted by the applicable platform.

18. Changes to Premium Services

We may update, improve, modify, replace, or discontinue certain Premium Services from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid materially reducing core paid functionality during an active subscription period.

Some Premium Services may depend on app store systems, operating systems, device capabilities, printer compatibility, network conditions, or third-party services, and may be affected by changes outside our control.

19. Changes to These Subscription Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. The latest version will be made available within the App, on our website, or through other appropriate channels.

Continued use of Premium Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Subscription Terms, unless applicable law requires additional consent.

21. Relationship With Other Terms

These Subscription Terms form part of and should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

If any provision of these Subscription Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
